Pepper’s Paw Print Necklace

This beautiful sterling silver necklace has been created using the sand casting technique. The shiny paw pads stand out beautifully against the textured lower surface which represents fur between the paw pads.  A perfect gift for dog lovers for anniversaries, birthdays, special occasions, or a treat for yourself.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Pepper‘s Paw Print Project started in 2024 to help raise funds for Pepper the Frenchie’s vet treatment after insurance would not cover the costs of her emergency surgery at the end of 2023. Pepper hasn’t had the best luck with her health & has had two major surgeries on both her spine and neck. A percentage of all purchases will help with Pepper‘s treatment and in the future this project will continue donating to a dog/animal charity.

HOW IT’S MADE

Pepper’s paw was printed using an ink print pad. Her paw print was then used as a template to carve in wax. The intricate shape & details were captured in the wax before it was used to make a mould with the sand casting technique. The paw was then cast in 925 sterling silver.
