Refund policy
Lucy Addison Applied Artist has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. *This excludes some items, please see below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase email.
To start a return, you can contact via email: lucyaddisonjewellery@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Please send returns first class recorded delivery to ensure they are tracked & signed for when returned. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact via email immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the issue can be resolved.
Ring Resizing
Please ensure you get an accurate ring size before purchasing. You can get your finger measured at any jewellers, or visit the shop page to purchase a ring sizer. If you receive your ring and it is the wrong size, please contact via email: lucyaddisonjewellery@hotmail.com and re-sizing options will be discussed. Charges apply for re-sizing and prices vary depending on the piece.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised jewellery is excluded from the above return policy due to personalised nature of the work, meaning it cannot be re-sold. Personalised jewellery with any spelling mistakes are not legible for a refund, please check your spelling before purchasing. Earrings are also excluded due to hygiene reasons. Please bare this in mind when purchasing personalised jewellery or earrings. Thank you for understanding.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if discussed first via email: lucyaddisonjewellery@hotmail.com
Personalised jewellery & earrings cannot be exchanged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
