Shipping policy

All items are shipped first class recorded delivery with Royal Mail (£5.55). First class recorded delivery gives a tracking number which can tell you if and when the Royal Mail have attempted delivery with your parcel. First class recorded does not give you insight into what day or time your parcel will be delivered, but usually it is within 1-2 days from posting.

Please note most jewellery is made to order meaning the delivery lead times are from when the piece is finished & despatched, not from when you place the order.

If you prefer your purchase to be sent Special Delivery (giving you accurate delivery day & time slot) please contact lucyaddisonjewellery@hotmail.com before making your purchase. Please note, again, this doesn't mean your piece will be delivered the next day after ordering, it will be the next day after item has been despatched, giving time for the items to be made to order.
